Coachvista Inc. is a team of professional Executive and Personal coaches with extensive training in healthcare and as therapists. It is this unique combination of expertise, experience and proven track record that enables our coaches assist and guide clients. The team works with individuals seeking to establish new connections, enhance existing relationships, and develop meaningful and fulfilling relationships. The process developed by Coachvista Inc. is called Coaching4Connections TM. Our clients connections are sometimes new, with significant others, parents, colleagues, employers, employees, or individuals who wish to become more connected to another.

Rosemary Gravelle, RN, CCRC, MPH, PhD
Rosemary Gravelle, Ph.D., is a Personal, Business and Executive Coach specializing in relationships and personal connections. Rosemary is in her final phase of the Personal, Business and Executive Coach Training Program, which is an International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach Training Program. The Program is lead by Jeffrey E. Auerbach, Ph.D., and MCC. She is finishing her studies at The College of Executive Coaching, the Leader in Coach Training for Professionals with Graduate Degrees in Santa Barbara, California. Rosemary is a member of and in good standing with the International Coaching Federation.

Rosemary taught as a professor in the Health Sciences division at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada. Additionally, she was appointed to, and served on, a Task Force regarding Healthcare Accreditation by the Ontario Minister of Finance. She is the recipient of national and local prestigious business awards. Rosemary speaks locally and internationally in her fields of expertise. Rosemary is a member in good standing with the Board of Examiners of the American College of Sexologists, the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Canadian Commission of Rehabilitation Counselors and the International Coaching Federation.

Rosemary Gravelle, Personal and Executive Coach, has a richly woven tapestry of formal education, career and life experience that make her the ideal choice for the many facets that comprise of her specialization in Coaching4Connections TM. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy and a strong background in Life Sciences, Rosemary believes coaching is sophisticated Art as well as Science. Clients appreciate her creativity, refreshing and exciting as she brings new thoughtful ideas and approaches.

Gregory McCrea, RRT, RRCP, MPH, PhD
Greg McCrea, Ph.D., is a Personal, Business and Executive Coach specializing in relationships and personal connections. Gregory is in his final phase of the Personal, Business and Executive Coach Training Program, which is an International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach Training Program. The Program is lead by Jeffrey E. Auerbach, Ph.D., and MCC. Gregory has over 20 years experience as a Regulated Healthcare Practitioner working in emergency, intensive, acute, rehabilitative, chronic and community healthcare settings. He has founded, developed and managed healthcare clinics in the Ottawa-Carleton region, and as well at throughout Canada. He has provided professional healthcare continuing education in the form of seminars and conferences locally and internationally. He is a member in good standing with the Board of Examiners of the American College of Sexologists, Ontario College of Respiratory Therapists, Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists, and the International Coaching Federation.

As an Executive and Personal Coach Greg has utilizes his expertise as a therapist, as an entrepreneur and his interpersonal experience to assist his clients in discovering and reaching their full potential. In his role at Coachvista he works with clients who are looking to develop connections. These enhanced or strengthened relationships may be with a potential partner, neighbor, parents, colleagues, employees, or employers. Greg works with his clients to help them understand themselves, their strengths, gifts, and talents to assist them in moving to developing fulfilling relationships. Greg’s ingenuity and innovative approach to working with individuals is only exceeded by his genuine and authentic desire to leave his client’s goals advanced by their definition.

People who make conscious choices about following certain tenants and who keep consciously aware of their behavior are likely to make the nature and type of connections they want. In order for that to happen we have determined the following choices must be taken into consideration:
